The Utah Fitness League will be the most fun you’ve had since you rode that big wheel. UFL will build strong relationships within the local community through friendly competitions- athlete to athlete; gym to gym.

How will UFL improve the community within your gym?

Each week UFL releases a new series of 4-5 workouts that will test your teams ability to work together and strategize. Over the course of the four weeks, athletes will create strong relationships with each other as they practice the workouts and strategize on how they can best perform them with their team of 8.

How will UFL strengthen the relationships from gym to gym?

Each week the UFL travels to a different host gym inside of the local community. Athletes, coaches, and supporters get to meet other like-minded individuals within the community as they all come together to cheer each other on. The UFL takes an entire community of people, coming together to create an awesome season.

Join the Utah Fitness League (UFL) in creating a new style of functional fitness competitions. Pull together your co-ed team and join us in a 4 week competition cycle where you can have fun with friends, meet other athletes from the community, and enjoy some friendly competition.

 

What will you be doing?

You will be doing 4 to 5 workouts in a period of 2 hours. Each workout will not require all athletes to be involved, and programming will allow for each individual athlete to shine.

Who can compete?

Matches will be for all skill levels. You don’t have to be a master of all movements- that’s what you team is for. We recommend having at least two people on your team that can do the higher level skill movements.

Where will you be throwing down?

Each week will be hosted by a different gym in the Salt Lake area. Get out, see new gyms, meet new people, and sweat somewhere different.

When will you be doing it?

Season 1 will kick off on January 11th with competitions being held weekly until February 2nd.

Season 2 will run April 18- May 9.
